Redskins sign two (a possible Diamond in the rough)

The Redskins announced today that they have signed two players to the team.
Journeyman kicker Dave Rayner and RB/KR Dominique Dorsey. More can be read on redskins.com on their backgrounds and stats.

What is intriguing is what Dorsey may have to offer to the Skins. There have been many who feel that Clinton Portis has lost a step and is no longer a home run threat and that the Skins need a speedy back (like a Sproles or a Turner or Slaton) that can provide a one-two punch with Portis' pounding and cutting approach that he's adopted over his tenure here.
Plus Antwaan Randle-El has failed as a PR and the Skins can't afford putting Moss in danger by using him on punts.
